Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FillMyTime, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. About FillMyTime

FillMyTime is an online platform that connects Time Seekers with Time Fillers for various services. FillMyTime facilitates these connections and payment processing but is not the direct provider of the services unless expressly stated.

3. User Accounts

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Keep account credentials secure.
  • Maintain updated account information.
  • Be responsible for all activities under their account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

Users must not:

  • Provide false information.
  • Engage in fraudulent activities.
  • Upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the platform.
  • Circumvent platform fees or payment processes.

5. Contracts and Services

Time Seekers and Time Fillers are responsible for:

  • Agreeing on service terms.
  • Completing work as agreed.
  • Communicating professionally.
  • Resolving disputes through the platform where applicable.

6. Payments

Payments made by Time Seekers are processed through FillMyTime using approved payment providers. FillMyTime acts as a hiring intermediary and handles the payout of applicable funds to the respective Time Fillers.

Users agree to:

  • Pay applicable service fees.
  • Authorize payment processing.
  • Comply with the platform's payment procedures.
Payment Flow:

The Time Seekers makes the applicable payment to FillMyTime. FillMyTime handles the payout to the respective Time Fillers in accordance with the applicable contract and payment terms.

Refund Policy:

All fee prepayments made through FillMyTime are non-refundable. Unused prepaid balances remain in the user's FillMyTime account and can only be used toward future WAT fee payments. As fee prepayments are non-refundable, they are not eligible for a refund and there is no refund request process for these payments.

7. Platform Fees

FillMyTime may charge service fees, commissions, activation fees, or other applicable charges. These fees will be displayed before confirmation where applicable.

8. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

FillMyTime acts as the hiring intermediary between the Time Seekers and Time Fillers. Any complaints or disputes raised by the customer must be addressed through the Company's dispute-resolution and mediation process, involving the ultimate Time Fillers.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, software, logos, graphics, and materials remain the property of FillMyTime or its licensors.

Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce platform content without permission.

10. Security

Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials.

FillMyTime implements reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FillMyTime shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform.

12. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse, or legal requirements.

13. Changes to the Platform

We may modify, update, or discontinue features or services at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international laws and the laws governing the operation of FillMyTime, without limiting any mandatory legal protections available to users.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
